Conversation grounded in Scripture

When you talk with Delighting, its replies are grounded in real Scripture. The verses you see are drawn from the text itself, not invented.

A Sources panel shows you where the words come from, so you can check them for yourself. This grounded, traceable conversation is the heart of the experience, and it is solid today.

Safety you can rely on

If a conversation touches on crisis or thoughts of harm, Delighting responds with care. It surfaces a card with real help, and the phone number is tappable so you can reach a hotline right away.

This safety check is built to err on the side of caution. It is one of the most carefully tested parts of the app. One known rough edge: if you reopen an older conversation, a past crisis message may show as plain text rather than a tappable card. In the live moment it works as it should, and we are smoothing out the reopened view.

Reading, journaling, and your Daily Word

You can tap any verse to read it in full, both in your chat replies and on the Daily Word card. The whole Bible text is there for you.

Your journal is private. Saved entries are encrypted, so the words you write are never stored as plain text on our servers. The journal opens to your list of entries, and the composer is there when you are ready to write. A Prayer Log lives alongside it.

The Daily Word arrives each day with a wired set of actions: bring it to your journal, pray over it, ask for a different word, or mark it read to keep your streak. You can also tap any verse it offers.

Your account and settings

Signing in is handled securely, and if a link sends you somewhere specific, you will land there after you sign in. Your profile is editable, and a Settings hub lets you adjust display and privacy options and find help.

You are in control of your data. You can export everything you have, and if you choose to delete your account, it is recoverable for thirty days before it is gone for good.

What we're still building

Sharing an insight card is the one Daily Word action that is not wired up yet. You will see it noted as coming soon.

A few things depend on infrastructure we are still putting in place. Push notifications and email delivery are not live yet, and some privacy and analytics preferences currently live only on your device rather than syncing across them.

We are also building toward a more personal experience over time, so the Daily Word can grow with you rather than starting from a general place. And there is no paid plan or billing today, by design. We will share more as these pieces land, without promising dates we cannot keep.
