There is a real person on the other end. Here is how to reach us, what to include, and where to go first if you are in crisis.

Please do not wait for us to write back. If you or someone you love is in danger, call or text the people who are trained and ready right now.
In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any hour of any day. If there is an immediate emergency, call 911. You can also see our full crisis resources page for the Crisis Text Line, the Veterans Crisis Line, ChildHelp, the Domestic Violence Hotline, and SAMHSA. Every number there is tappable.
These are the same trusted resources Delighting offers inside a conversation when it senses you are struggling. They are the right first step. Our inbox is not.
How to reach us
For most things, email us at hello@delighting.ai. Whether your question is general, about your privacy, about billing, or a bug you ran into, that address reaches us and we will help.
For anything touching safety, write to safety@delighting.ai so it lands in the right place quickly.
Prefer a form? Our contact page has one that reaches the same place. We are early, and we read what you send.
What to include
A little context helps us help you faster. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what you expected.
If you are reporting a bug, let us know the device you were using and roughly when it happened. If it is a billing question, the email address on your account is usually enough for us to find you.
Please never include anything you would not want to share, and never send passwords. Your private journal entries are encrypted and stay yours; we cannot read them, and we will never ask you to send them.
A note on your privacy
We do not train our models on your conversations, and your journal is sealed so that only you can open it.
